This winter has been one of rest & reset for me. I feel like since the pandemic in 2020 I have not stopped to reset. It has been go go go & this year has been a much needed pause in my life. Sometimes we forget to stop and fill one’s own cup so that we don’t run out & can continue to give to others. This is my season of rest. Even if others think I dont, I’m doing much less than I usually do, intentionally, so that I can keep going. As I get older & slower I start to understand how important & vital it is to self care and self fill so that we can continue to give endlessly to others.
